Care Provided
Support that meets you exactly where you are — practically, emotionally, and everywhere in between. This is a starting point, not a checklist; we'll shape what's right for you together. This work can be done in person or virtually, as you desire.

Emotional and Spiritual Support
I create safe, unhurried space for the conversations that matter most — about meaning, purpose, and the questions that surface when someone is dying. This isn't about having answers. It's about making room for your questions, memories, and hopes to be spoken aloud and truly heard. This is true for the person who is dying as well as for their identified family members. Special care and attention is available for younger family members who need age appropriate materials and rituals to understand what is happening to a loved one and how to process all of the changes with an open heart.

Advocacy and Empowerment
Your decisions are yours to make. I help you explore your choices without judgment, and I validate the ones you arrive at — even the difficult ones, even the ones others might not understand. You are never alone in the room when a hard conversation needs to happen. Additionally, practical help with interpersonal communication, creating memorial projects including letter writing or photo collections and other personal projects (such as closet cleaning and household organizing) are ways to help you ensure that you are being seen and heard.

Advance Care Planning
We talk through what matters to you long before a crisis forces the conversation: your wishes for care, who should speak for you, and how you want the people you love to remember these final months. Building on whatever documents that you may have created, I help to ensure that the areas needing attention are addressed with you and your community in mind. Having this in place brings relief to everyone involved.

Vigil and Presence
In the final days and hours, I can sit vigil with you and your family — a steady, comforting presence so no one has to carry that time alone. Sometimes this means quiet company. Sometimes it means helping the household function so your attention can stay where it belongs. Sometimes it means presenting non- medical ideas to increase comfort based on my years of experience with end of life care.

Medical Aid in Dying Support and VSED care
For those considering medical aid in dying, I offer support with the planning, assistance with any of the rituals that give the day special meaning, provide a reassuring presence in the room if you would like that, and assist in the care that follows. Helping to plan the process for voluntary stopping eating and drinking (VSED), creating and guiding a VSED support team is a part of the care that I can provide. This is deeply personal work, and I walk through it with you, at your pace, alongside your medical team.

After-Death Care, Grief, and Legacy
My support doesn't end when a life does. I help with grief work, final arrangements, and legacy projects — the letters, recordings, and keepsakes that let a person's voice carry forward for the people who loved them. I am able to provide community resources based on individual needs, even for folks that may live a distance away
